Voluntary disclosure program

The Secretary of Treasury announced the adoption of a voluntary disclosure program by Administrative Determination 09-03. Pursuant to this program, the Secretary agrees not to refer those taxpayers to the Department of Justice. The conditions to participate in the program are described in the attached determination.
